Why I Created The Leadership Lab

I started my career in human resources on Wall Street, a world driven by numbers, not humans. It taught me a lot, but it didn’t feel like home.

That came much later, decades after I worked in county government and saw something that changed everything: two long-term care facilities, with the same resources on paper, producing wildly different results. The difference?

Leadership.

That’s what led me to the nonprofit world and mission driven business. I understand the pressures: limited budgets, big missions, and the constant pull between serving others and managing your team.

The Leadership Lab is my way of giving back. It’s a space for women executives to grow their people, their purpose, and their profit, starting with themselves. You are your organization’s greatest asset. When you lead with clarity, courage, and consciousness, everything changes.

The Leadership Lab is delivered through live, interactive Zoom sessions, blending group coaching, conscious leadership tools, and real-time conversation in a space designed just for women.
